winter season: $260
* extra person charge after four people $45 per night
* $100 eco/cleaning fee per booking
summer season: $110 per night based on double occupancy
shoulder season: $100 per night
winter season: cabin closed
extra person fee: $25 per night
one time charge for our four legged friends: $25
eco/ cleaning fee $20 per booking
* minimum two night stay in the summer and at the discretion of management
*15% tax will be applied to the total
